Depending on the type of legal matter you have, many cases will be handled on a contingent fee basis. Some cases will not be able to be handled on a contingent fee basis, and will have hourly charges for the work to be performed. Rodger Walk and his staff keep detailed logs of the time spent on your case. All matters are billed to the nearest 10 minute increment and rounded up.
All matters of representation, if the case is to be pursued, will be discussed at the time a written contract of employ is entered for representation. Please be advised that we do not accept employment unless and until a written contract of employ has been entered for legal representation.
